Our last Art Lesson
Our 4th graders have been designing their sketchbooks where they've kept their artworks during this academic year. Now it´s time to rest and enjoy their holidays. Have a great summer!!.

Writing letters to Chicago
Yesterday during our last Arts and Crafts class with Kane, our Teacher Assistant, we made a letter adrressed to ourselves and he will send them us back in two years. It's going to be very exciting, receiving a letter from Chicago!!. Thank you Kane for your help during this year!.

Symmetry and Reflection
Last month our 4th graders learnt new things about Symmetry and Reflecion. They learnt that the axis of symmetry is the imaginary line between a building, for example, ant its reflection on the water. They draw different objects and their axis of symmetry and finally they draw these lighthouses with their reflection.

Celebrating Easter and Spring with Kane and Keith Harring
Today our 4th graders have been learning about Keith Harring. Our teacher assitant Kane, have shown them a presentanton about this artist, his life and his artworks. Then our pupils have been working on their own Graffities inspired by this famous artist. Here you have the results.

Road with Cypress and Star (Inspired by Van Gogh)
Our 4th graders have been working on drawing a Skycape with different shapes such as swirls, spirals, curved, wavy and continuos lines. They have been able to create a Skycape with movement and brightful colours. They've used oil pastels and poster paint and they have been inspired by Van Gogh paintings.

Santa's expressive portraits.
Our 4th graders have been working on how to draw different Expressive Portraits. As Christmas time is coming, they've been designing their Santa´s portraits too. Santa's happy, angry, sad, shy, serious, naughty...EMOTIONS are everywhere and Santa is not an exception. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
